Tiaki Coates - Cultural Journey

Connecting people to land and culture with purpose and Mana. Tiaki introduces traditional Māori practices for personal development. Carpe Diem is an OE programme for experiential education, community engagement, and intercultural exchange, for students to develop enhanced perspectives, deeper cultural understanding, and a profound sense of self-discovery and personal growth.

We worked closely with the Carpe Diem group through four different locations to capture the essence and emotion that is felt on this very personal journey.

None of the photographs were staged, we documented the experience creating raw and wholesome content as it took place.
